Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Aayi mobile apps (iOS, Android) or website (aayi.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

Aayi provides general health and parenting information, AI-assisted guidance, and tracker tools. The service is for informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified physician for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 102 (India) or your local emergency number immediately. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from the app.

You agree NOT to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose, (b) harass other users or doctors, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the service, (d) upload viruses or malicious content, (e) impersonate any person or organisation, (f) post medical advice as a non-licensed person in the community section.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Some optional Premium features are available on the web via Stripe or Razorpay subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription. Refunds are governed by the policies of Stripe / Razorpay and applicable consumer-protection law.

The iOS app is currently fully free with no in-app purchases.

When you use AI features (AI Saheli, lab report analysis, meal analysis), your input is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) only after you grant explicit consent via the in-app modal. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is shared.

AI responses are best-effort and may contain inaccuracies. Use your judgment and consult a doctor for medical decisions.

You retain ownership of journal entries, tracker logs, and photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display them back to you, and process them for AI features you initiate. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.

Community posts are visible to other users. Do not share personally identifying information or other people's photos without consent.

If you connect to a doctor via a clinic code or QR scan, the doctor can view only the data you explicitly share through the consent screen. You can revoke the connection any time from Profile → Doctors. Doctors are independent professionals — we are not liable for the medical advice they provide on or off the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; this immediately and permanently removes your data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. We will give reasonable notice unless a delay would harm us or other users.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of the service exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1000 if you paid nothing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
