Which languages does Aayi support?+
Aayi is fully translated into English, Hindi and Telugu today, including all articles, AI companion replies and community moderation. Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada and Punjabi are on the roadmap for 2026. You can switch languages any time from your profile settings — the app remembers your choice across devices.
Can I talk to a real doctor on Aayi?+
Yes. You can book in-clinic or secure video consultations with verified gynaecologists, obstetricians and paediatricians directly in the app. Every doctor on Aayi is verified through the Medical Council of India registry and reviewed by our clinical team. Prescriptions are digitally signed and forwarded to your chosen pharmacy.
Is my health data private?+
Your health data is encrypted at rest and in transit, DPDP Act 2023 compliant, and never sold or shared with advertisers. Doctors only see the patients who have explicitly linked to their clinic. You can export your full record or request permanent account and data deletion at any time from your profile — no email chains, no dark patterns.
Can I continue using Aayi after my baby is born?+
Absolutely. Aayi is designed to grow with your child from the first missed period through pre-school. Milestone trackers, feeding logs, sleep patterns, IAP vaccination schedules, growth-percentile charts, and the Memory Book photo journal all extend well beyond delivery. Many families use Aayi as their primary parenting companion right through their child's fifth birthday.

Privacy is a first-class citizen at Aayi. Your data lives on Indian servers, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
